Summer Visits 2016

On June 9^th we went to Debach Airfield and Museum for a guided tour. Follow this link for pictures and an article.

On July 6^th we had a day trip to Northampton to visit 78, Derngate, the only house in England to be designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh., and to Northampton Museum which charts the history of the shoe making industry as well as having two superb galleries on the history of the town itself. On September 1st we had a visit to Kersey. We set off in Kersey Church where the church warden gave us a brief history of the village and then we wondered through it with a copy of their guided walk.
